• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. No Returns for Digital Products

• All sales of digital products (e.g., downloadable music, videos, graphics) are final and non-refundable.

• If you experience an issue with a digital item, please contact us for assistance.

3. How to Initiate a Return
